Episode 16 – Bodyguard in Blue

Written by Judd Lynn and Jackie Marchand
Directed by Koichi Sakamoto

Summary: Mr. Collins announces that the Silver Guardians will now have the Quantum Ranger leading in the defense of their clients. Their team, led by Dr. Michael Zaskin, is researching every aspect of the Quantum powers. Mr. Collins plans for every Silver Guardian to have Ranger weaponry.

Nadira, Cyclobots and mutant Klawiox capture Dr. Zaskin. His daughter – Holly, runs for help. Holly hires Lucas to be her bodyguard. Eric reports to Mr. Collins that Dr. Zaskin has been kidnapped and is ordered to get him back. Lucas informs the others and learns that Dr. Zaskin has been kidnapped. Klawiox attempts to capture his daughter, and the others locate Dr. Zaskin. Klawiox destroys Holly’s teddy bear, but Blue Ranger makes him pay. Dr. Zaskin is rescued by the Rangers and Eric. Klawiox makes himself grow. The Rangers form Shadow Force Megazord Mode Red, and Quantum Ranger intervenes with the Quantasaurus Rex. Klawiox is recaptured by both Shadow Force Megazord Mode Red and the Quantasaurus Rex Megazord. Lucas returns Holly to her father and give her a new teddy bear.
